In this article:
Complete the Post-Trip Inquiry Form when you return from your trip. All Costco Travel inquiries submitted online or by phone will receive a response within 4-6 weeks. Inquiries will be processed in the order they're received.
If you have travel insurance, contact your insurance carrier to file a claim.
All hotel reviews are carefully reviewed for appropriateness and must adhere to the instructions below. Reviews that don't follow the rules won't be published on our website.
Don't include in your review:
- Personal information that can be linked to you or others, such as your full name or address
- Inappropriate language or tone, including harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or threats of violence
- Direct comments or questions to the hotel staff
- Mentions of other websites or businesses
- Photos taken by someone other than the person writing the review
- Photos larger than 10 MB
- Photo formats other than JPG, GIF, or PNG
Costco Travel will publish all reviews that adhere to our guidelines for appropriateness, regardless of their sentiment. We aim to offer truthful feedback to Costco members who plan their vacations.
